Shipping
We ship all items in 1-3 business days.
All shipped products are wrapped in bubble wrap, possibly double boxed and surrounded with air pillows, wadded paper or extra bubble wrap if needed. Each box shipped is insured to cover the cost of all products being shipped.
We check with shipping providers to find the best rates and/or best shipping option for your order depending on the box size and weight. UPS and USPS are commonly used.
Return Policy
All sales are final. If there is a problem attributed to a defect in the product, please contact us at elmtreepottery2000@gmail.com or 1-765-717-1556. If the product damage happened in-transit to you, please refer to the shipping provider’s website for guidelines. As always, we are more than happy to help whenever possible!
Local Pickup
If you are interested in buying items off our website, I would be happy to box them up and drop them off in Artisan’s & Java at Warm Glow Candle Outlet(2131 N Centerville Rd, Centerville IN 47374) for you to pick-up at your convenience.
